NOTICE is issued persuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of the Motor Vehicle Reg. No. KBX 817B; Toyota Hilux; double cabin; grey in colour, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from our premises at Mictech Auto Garage, located at Garden Estate, off Thika Super Highway, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and upon payment of all charges pertaining to repair and storage of the motor vehicle including the cost of this notice, failure to which the same will be disposed by way of public auction without further reference to the owner.
