NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 79, in Volume D1, Folio 186/1404, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mary Wanjiru Ruigu (guardian), of P.O. Box 24442–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Zayne Peter Ruigu (minor), formerly known as Zaynepeter Wahome Gichuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Zaynepeter Wahome Gichuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zayne Peter Ruigu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Zayne Peter Ruigu only.
