NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 345, in Volume D1, Folio 163/1624, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Marylyn Sayiedha Amemba, formerly known as Marylynn Sayiedha Amemba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Marylynn Sayiedha Amemba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marylyn Sayiedha Amemba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Marylyn Sayiedha Amemba only.
