Box 14652– 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Laura Timina Namisi alias Laura Timina Namisi Wekesa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Laura Timina Namisi alias Laura Timina Namisi Wekesa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Laura Timina Wekesa for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Laura Timina Wekesa only.
