NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 190, in Volume DI, Folio 157/1576, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Kenneth Ngigi Ngaruiya, of P.O. Box 123– 00520, Ruai in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kenneth Kimani Ngigi Ngaruiya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kenneth Kimani Ngigi Ngaruiya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kenneth Ngigi Ngaruiya for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kenneth Ngigi Ngaruiya only.
