NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 664, in Volume D1, Folio 132/1389, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Muhsin Issa Osman, of P.O. Box 438–70200, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdulrahman Issa Osman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdulrahman Issa Osman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Muhsin Issa Osman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Muhsin Issa Osman only.
