TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025 By Caroline Atieno Osodo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Paul Odero Oyoo, who died on 27th February, 2025. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026 By Daniel Ochieng Onyona, of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stela Okuche Onyona, who died on 3rd March, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
