TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Wambui Gatheca, (2) Teresiah Wanjiku Gachui and (2) Margaret Wangari Gathecha, all of P.O. Box 193, Gatundu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Ngina Gacui, who died at Gatei Sub-location, on 7th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2026 By (1) Mary Bernadette Ngedo Gitu, (2) Kevin Wandu Ngugi and (3) Martin Musyimi Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 353–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngugi Wandu alias Joseph Wandu alias Joseph N. Wandu alias Wandu Joseph Ngugi, who died Kiawandiga Sub-location, on 27th January, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
