E118 OF 2026 By Josphat Musungu Kubai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Kuvayi Domonyi alias Erasto Kuvai, who died at Kegondi, on 7th November, 1970. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026 By (1) Dorika Esiteti and (2) Japheth Aywa Lukhachi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Lukhachi alias Julius Musee Lukhaji, who died at Embali Sub-location, on 26th February, 1985. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026 By Maurice Adoli Lavaya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Mukira Elavaya alias Zakaria Mukira Elavaya, who died at Solongo Sub- location, on 21st April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2026 By Hamisi Keiza Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Juma Akivaga, who died on 3rd October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2026 By Reuben Endole Luseno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Andore Luseno, who died at Makuchi Sub-location, on 5th June, 1977.
