THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Kamau Mungai, of P.O. Box 2467–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 1363/46 (Original No. 1363/34/2), situate in the north east of Thika Municipality, by virtue of an indenture, registered as Volume H30, Folio 231, File 35630, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
