REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Susan Wanjiku Kiingati and (2) Judith Gathoni Gicharu, both of P.O. Box 84-20009, Njoro in the Republic of Kenya, are the personal representatives of the registered Esther Njoki Gicharu alias Ester Njoki (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the city of Nakuru, known as L.R. No. 526/9, by virtue of an indenture, registered as Volume H27, Folio 216/1, File 17389, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
