REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dickson Ngatia Gachuche, of P.O. Box 51948, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0324 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Karatina/Township Block 1/406, and whereas the property is charged to NIC Bank of Kenya to secure a sum of Ksh. 20,600, 000, and whereas the Bank has executed a Discharge of Charge, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
