REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wacera Kirugi (ID/5172062), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/9682 (Ndurumo), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the green card shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
