REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beatrice Wangechi Kamau, of P. O. Box 73003– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Maisonette No. 174, erected a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 27759, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 148078/1, and whereas Kenya Commercial Bank Limited executed a discharge of charge document in favour of the registered proprietors, and whereas affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of grant and register the discharge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
