THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Thairo Kibiku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Rare/Teret Block 1/1857, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 930 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Samuel Kihuga Thairu and (2) Henry Kibiku Thairu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said David Thairo Kibiku (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Samuel Kihuga Thairu and (2) Henry Kibiku Thairu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Thairo Kibiku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
