REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Walioba Itondoche (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kadem/Muhuru Bay/1050, situate in Migori County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in succession cause No. E190 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Abaitic Karmanga Ochali and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Walioba Itondoche (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A., and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Walioba 29th May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Itondoche (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no valid objection has been received within that period,.
