THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gathima Njokeriyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.2 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 19/Kiawambogo/468, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E62 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Evan Githaiga Gathima (ID/3702051), of P.O. Box 57, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gathima Njokeriyo (deceased),, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
