THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwaura Muhuha alias Mwaura Murimi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.0 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 16/Gatura/291, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E286 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Joseph Nganga Njuguna (ID/2014724) and (2) James Mwaura Wamaitha, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwaura Muhuha alias Mwaura Murimi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
