THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jemimah Igoki Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as KAbare/Nyangati/4891, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 98 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Teresia Tito Nteese and (2) Christopher Njoroge Gitau, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Teresia Tito Nteese and (2) Christopher Njoroge Gitau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jemimah Igoki Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
