THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muru Mathanjuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kagaari/Weru/7002, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Embu in Succession Cause No. 452 of 2014, has issued letters of administration to Jeska Muthanje Muru, and whereas the said Jeska Muthanje Muru by transmission in respect to the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Jeska Muthanje Muru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Muru Mathanjuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
