THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pauline Wambui Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/18044, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. E383 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Elizabeth Nyaguthi Kigathi (ID/31873058), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Pauline Wambui Maina (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Elizabeth Nyaguthi Kigathi (ID/31873058), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pauline Wambui Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
