GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8199

WHEREAS M’Atugi M’Ichunge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, known as Nkuene/Nkumari/426, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Meru in Succession Cause No. 471 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Adrian Kirai Atugi, as the administrator and beneficiaries are (1) James Mwirigi Patrick and (2) Japhet Muthuri M’Atugi, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said M’Atugi M’Ichunge (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Adrian Kirai Atugi, as the administrator and beneficiaries are (1) James Mwirigi Patrick and (2) Japhet Muthuri M’Atugi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Atugi M’Ichunge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
