THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mahmud Hamisi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Kwale County, known as Kwale/Kundutsi “A”/1424, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E96 of 2025, has issued vested the 2732 2732 property to (1) Adam Mohamed Mzaramu and (2) Mwanahawa Mohamed Mzaramu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mahmud Hamisi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mahmud Hamisi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
