THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all Members of the National Union of Biomedical Engineers of Kenya (NUBEK) pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007, that a notice of amendment of the Constitution of Rules (Form I) in relation to the Union has been received. Any Member who has any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union are required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof.
