NOTICE is given that Highland Suites Limited (CPR /2 013 / 119845) of P.O. Box 2735–00100, Nairobi, carrying on the business of a Serviced Apartment Hotel under the name and style of Highlands Suites Apartment Hotel situated at Nairobi/Block 19/601- Kilimani, has transferred the said business to Decale Jewel Hotel Limited (Company Number PVT-XYUBQBDV) of P.O. Box 7925–00610, Nairobi, with effect from the 22nd May, 2026. The transferee intends to continue carrying on the said business under the same name and at the same premises. The transferee shall not assume liability for obligations incurred by the transferor prior to the effective date of transfer, Dated the 15th May, 2026.
