NOTICE is given that Cook ‘N’ Lite Limited (Company No. C- 83688), c/o of P.O. Box 764–00606, Nairobi in Kenya, was placed under liquidation after successful termination of the administration (previously under Insolvency Cause No. HCCOMM IN/057/2025). The former administrator, Orlando Mario da Costa-Luis, of P.O. Box 70358–00400, Nairobi, was appointed as the liquidator of the Company. The appointment by the Court pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015, took effect from the date of the order on 13th May, 2026 and had the consent of Creditors. Consequently, debts due as duly proven by Creditors of the Company, have transitioned from the Administration to the Liquidation process. Creditors/stakeholders will be informed of the details of the forthcoming Creditors meeting and may address any relevant correspondence to the Liquidator at the address below.
