APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 26, 27, and 28 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulations thereof, take notice that the Honourable Court in Miscellaneous Application Case No. E181 of 2025, Appointed (1) Rita Wabugi Gitu and (2) Josephine Wamaitha Gitu as managers of the Estate and all affairs of Peter Machatha Gitu, with effect from the 19th day of September, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
