APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 2, 26 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Miscellaneous Application No. E229 of 2025, appointed Jane Wanjiru Wambua as manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Isaiah Wambua Mutua. The court proceeded to issue the same unless cause be shown to contrary and appearance in respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication. Dated the 5th May, 2026.
