NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1128, in Volume D1, Folio 58/719, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Beatrice Kathomi Kabiribiri Kinyua, of P.O. Box 37–60400, Chuka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Beatrice Kathomi Kinyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Beatrice Kathomi Kinyua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Beatrice Kathomi Kabiribiri Kinyua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Beatrice Kathomi Kabiribiri Kinyua only.
