NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 957, in Volume D1, Folio 178/1758, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Lilian Nancy Wambui Njuki, formerly known as Nancy Wambui Kinyanjui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Wambui Kinyanjui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Nancy Wambui Njuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Nancy Wambui Njuki only.
