THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

REGISTRATION
IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 8 of the
Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County
Government of Isiolo has developed the Community Land
Adjudication Programme for registration of land within Isiolo County with respect to registered communities resident within the areas set out in the Schedule.
