REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Nyabinge Mogere (ID/1624490), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership in all that piece of land containing 0.027 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kisii, registered under title No. Bassi/Bogetaorio II/4307, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
