WHEREAS Joseph Njenga (ID/9838318), of P.O. Box 4171– 30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property know as Trans Nzoia/Chepchoina/Twiga/91, containing 8.1 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Trans Nzoia, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
