THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwaura Muroki, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.3 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Lamu, registered under title No. Lamu/Lake Kenyatta 1/1460, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Kenya in Malindi County, Case No. ELC 20 of 2010 has ordered the Land Registrar to rectify the register by expunging the defendant’s name and registering Kahuki Karanja (deceased) as the owner, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall cancel the name of Joseph Mwaura Muroki and issue land title deed to Kahuki Karanja.
