REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Habib Abu, of P.O. Box 26–80202, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property know as Kilifi/Jimbi/2964, containing 0.32 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kilifi, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
