THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Christine Njeri Kiraithe and (2) Ruth Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 34513-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the Nairobi County, known as L.R. No. 14596, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 51414/1 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after the reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period..
