REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Lulu Kijabi, is registered as proprietor of all that a piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru/Rare/Nguriga/846, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
