THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hussein Sheikh Aden Ali, of P. O. Box 38270–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0216 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 103/683, situate in county of Nairobi, and whereas in the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC. Cause No. E269 of 2022 vide a decree dated 18th December, 2025 declared Amina Mohamed Yusuf as the sole proprietor of Nairobi/Block 103/683, and whereas all efforts to recover the certificate of lease and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hussein Sheikh Aden Ali, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
