THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 11/697, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E626 of 2025, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Wandia Jane Kiiru and (2) Ruel Kirika Ngari, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Wandia Jane Kiiru and (2) Ruel Kirika Ngari, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
