THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Cheptarus Sang (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Parcel No. Nandi/Kiminda/1602, situate in Nandi County, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E14 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Banjamin Kipchirchir Kosgei, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said Banjamin Kipchirchir Kosgei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mary Cheptarus Sang (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
