REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Wandera Makokha, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Busia, known as Bukhayo/Matayos/1340, and whereas in the Environment and Land Court of Kenya at Busia in Case No. ELC. No. 99 of 2017, has revoked the land title deed in the names Alex Wandera Makokha and ordered the land registrar and land surveyor to carry a subdivision a fresh, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Alex Wandera Makokha has been revoked, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the implementation of the said order.
