GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8388

WHEREAS Gatagama Karagu alias Gitagama Karagu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.4 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Handege/53, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatndu in Succession Cause No. E109 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to (1) James Njau Kahiro (ID/3116156), (2) Waithira Muya (ID/5178183), (3) Peter Gitau Muhia (ID/10974135) and (4) Antony Gitau Njau (ID/24916870), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered foe cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to (1) James Njau Kahiro (ID/3116156), (2) Waithira Muya (ID/5178183), (3) Peter Gitau Muhia (ID/10974135) and (4) Antony Gitau Njau (ID/24916870), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gatagama Karagu alias Gitagama Karagu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
