GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8390

WHEREAS Hombe Rungurua alias Morris Hombe Rungurua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 7.6 acres or thereabout, known as Gikondi/Gikondi/265, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 299 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Virginia Wairimu Rungurua, as the administrator and (1) Virginia Wairimu Rungurua, (2) Hellen Wangui Hombe, (3)Teresa Wangari Kariuki, (4) Mary Wanjiru Hombe, (5) Monica Wanjiku Geoffrey, (6) John Githingi Hombe, (7) Serah Wakanyi Hombe, (8) Gabriel Maingi Hombe, (9) Juliet Weruma Kairanga, (10) Michael Njiru Kairanga, (11) Stella Karimi Kairanga, (12) Stephen Njeru Kairanga, (13) Esther Wambui Kairanga and (14) Teresia Wangari Kairanga, as the beneficiaries, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of said L.R.A 39 and L.R.A 42 in favour of Virginia Wairimu Rungurua, as the administrator and (1) Virginia Wairimu Rungurua, (2) Hellen Wangui Hombe, (3)Teresa Wangari Kariuki, (4) Mary Wanjiru Hombe, (5) Monica Wanjiku Geoffrey, (6) John Githingi Hombe, (7) Serah Wakanyi Hombe, (8) Gabriel Maingi Hombe, (9) Juliet Weruma Kairanga, (10) Michael Njiru Kairanga, (11) Stella Karimi Kairanga, (12) Stephen Njeru Kairanga, (13) Esther Wambui Kairanga and (14) Teresia Wangari Kairanga, as the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hombe Rungurua alias Morris Hombe Rungurua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
