THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Njenga Paul Kuria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.0250 and 0.0375 hectare or thereabouts, known as Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/4096 and 4127, respectively, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 53 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration and whereas the said (1) Paulson Kuria Njenga, (2) Alice Wanjiru Nganga and (3) Dorcas Milanoi Njenga have executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Paulson Kuria Njenga, (2) Alice Wanjiru Nganga and (3) Dorcas Milanoi Njenga, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to John Njenga Paul Kuria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
