THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sospeter Thiong’o Githuku (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Longonot/Kijabe Block 2/4802 (Utheri wa Lari), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E109 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Margaret Njeri Thiong’o, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Margaret Njeri Thiong’o, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Sospeter Thiong’o Githuku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
