THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Nganga Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.7568 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 11/3412 (Karai), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E150 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Felisila Wangui Ngure and (2) Joseph Njuguna Ng’ang’a, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Felisila Wangui Ngure and 920 Joseph Njuguna Ng’ang’a, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benson Nganga Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
