THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as East Gem/Nyandiwa/817, 666 and 762, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Siaya in Succession Cause No. E322 of 2022, has ordered that the piece of land be registered in the name of Hellen Otina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued thereof by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds, and proceed with the registration grand document and issue title deeds to the said Hellen Otina, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
