THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiprotich Towet Kolibai alias Kiprotich Komingoi (Deceased) is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land Known as Chesoen/1609, situated in the District of Bomet, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bomet in Succession Cause No. E87 of 2016, has issued grant to (1) Rebecca Chepkirui Towett (ID/3865350) and (2) Stella Chepkemoi Towett (ID/8420871), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that day, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of the said administration letters to (1) Rebecca Chepkirui Towett (ID/3865350) and (2) Stella Chepkemoi Towett (ID/8420871), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiprotich Towet Kolibai alias Kiprotich Komingoi (Deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled.
