THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bemzungu Ndeme Chitumbo (deceased) and (2) Nyamvula Bemzungu Ndeme, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Mazeras/559, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E26 of 2021, has vested the property to Nyamvula Bemzungu Ndeme, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Bemzungu Ndeme Chitumbo (deceased) and (2) Nyamvula Bemzungu Ndeme, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Bemzungu Ndeme Chitumbo (deceased) and (2) Nyamvula Bemzungu Ndeme, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
