THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muia Muasya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land, known as Ngong/Ngong/5162, situate in the Kajiado North District, and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the said original land title deed was fraudulently registered in the name of the said Muia Muasya, and the land subdivided into Ngong/Ngong/104588-104599, whereas the parcels have been fraudulently transferred to (1) Samuel Mugira Mwangi, (2) Nelson Munene Mwangi, (3) Erick Kinuthia Wakaba, (4) Patrick Koileken Olonana and (5) Brits Freighters Limited, and whereas all efforts to compel the current registered proprietors to surrendere to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds , cancel the subdivision and revert the parcel Ngong/Ngong/5162 to its rightful owner being Sheltown Limited, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
